BGA were requested to create a new concept to present and explain the core values of the EuroAirport brand. The internal branding project is to inform staff about EAP's overall vision, strategy, positioning and leadership objectives. The rollout, which includes both print as well as interactive medium (intranet), is targeted to inspire employees to take an active interest in the airports future. By fully understanding EAP's values, staff gain new orientation and an emotional identification with the airport brand. The successful internal branding is the starting point for a new culture where employees are brand ambassadors and ensure that visitors experience the best possible service.
